If you're using Twilio you may have discovered that you can only forward calls to a single number. This is a great reason to use NumberGarage and forward calls to a group of users or numbers.
In the NumberGarage system, you will need to add a user for each telephone number you wish to forward calls. In your user settings, on the Ring my phone, then send calls to VM after setting, select never - Voicemail Off.
You can then set your NumberGarage number to forward to a Group and select each user you wish to forward calls.
After thorough testing, we've found that forwarding calls to a Menu will NOT work if forwarding from Twilio. Twilio will hang on to the call, so the caller will only hear ringing and then the Twilio voicemail prompt if that's configured on their side.
