Absolutely! All of our call-handling features including custom park messages, call forwarding, voicemail, and SMS can be used while a number is listed for sale or for a license. Once the number has been licensed or sold, those features will then stop working.
If you have a custom outgoing message while your telephone number is listed for sale or license, that message will continue to play when you list or delist your telephone number.
If you list a number for sale and it's still using our default park message, that message will be replaced at random with a series of different messages including a ringtone, a "not accepting calls" message, and a "voicemail is not setup" message.
You can override these messages by updating your outgoing message. Learn more below:
