We know it can sometimes be difficult to reach your carrier's support team to reinstate your account after it got suspended. However, in order to port in a phone number, it must be active and in good standing.

Note: Having a suspended account is different from having a number in suspension. Verizon uses "in suspension" to refer to a phone number that is active in your account but not currently being used. We can port these numbers in without a problem!
