How to record a greeting from your computer

You want to update your voicemail or menu greeting using the microphone on your computer. This article walks you through the steps to complete this process. 

1. Log in to your account
2. Navigate to the message within your control panel that you wish to update
3. Click the button
4. Click the Record tab
5. Click the green microphone icon and immediately start your recording
6. Click the red microphone icon again when you are finished recording
7. Click the play button to preview your recording
8. Return to step #5 if you aren't happy with your recording and want to try again
9. When you are happy with your recording click Save Message or click Don't Change to exit without saving the greeting

Once complete, you can click the play button to test your message to ensure that it was saved correctly and to your liking.
