What is Filtering Call Logs used for?
Filtering your call logs allows for a specific data range to be shown and downloaded. Call logs can be filtered by the following:
- Date
- Team Users
- Phone Numbers

Call type
- Voicemail
- Fax
- Blocked Calls
- Inbound Calls
- Outbound Calls
📋 Steps
Filter by Date Range

Use dropdown list to select by month or custom

| 4 | Enter Start and End date | ||
| 5 | Click Apply to save date range |
Filter by Team User
| 1 | Click All Users dropdown list | ||
| 2 | Select a Team User to view | ||
| 3 | Calls for that specific team user will be displayed |
Filter by Phone Number
| 1 | Click All Numbers dropdown list | ||
| 2 | Select a Phone Number to view | ||
| 3 | Calls for that specific phone number will be displayed |
Filter by Call Type
| 1 | Click All Numbers dropdown list | ||
| 2 | Select a Call Type to view | ||
| 3 | Calls for that specific Call Type will be displayed |
