Included in your Park plan is the ability to upload and play a 30-second message to callers. Note that they can only listen to the greeting and there's no option to leave a voicemail message.
Here's how to update that recording:
- Log in to your account
- Select Numbers
- Select on your number and make sure you're on the Calls tab
- Select My Outgoing Message
- Select Change
Options available:
- Upload an mp3, m4a or wav file
- If you are uploading a wav file, these tend to be much larger than other formats and might result in errors in uploading. If you run into an error, consider converting to mp3 or m4a. You can use a free service like CloudConvert to do so.
- Record an outgoing message over your phone
- Record a greeting using the microphone on your computer
If your greeting does not play instantly, refresh your internet browser or log out of your account then log back in.
