Parking a phone number is a way to store a phone number and maintain ownership of it. Parking a number is like parking a car in a garage; it is turned off, but ready to be used when needed. 

The Park service plan allows you to keep ownership of your phone number without using it for making phone calls. It’s like putting your number on hold — safe, secure, and ready to use again whenever you need it.

⚙️ How it works

Park Plan Includes

1. Your number remains active and in your name.
2. Calls to the number will hear a recorded message letting callers know the line isn’t currently in service.
3. You can upgrade or change your plan anytime to Forward, Unlimited, or Business Line if you want to start using the number again.
4. Call Logs of incoming calls (Note, calls will not ring anywhere, but there is a record of calls to the NumberBarn number)
5. Add Text Messaging for a fee

To Start Parking a Phone Number

• Purchase a new number in the Marketplace and choose the Park Plan or
• Port an existing number into your account and select the Park plan during setup

📌 Things to Know

• Park plan is $2.99/month
• You own your number for as long as your Park plan remains active and paid
  • Change plan or
  • Port number to another carrier at any time
• The Park plan is best for keeping numbers reserved or inactive;  no call functionality while parked
• Park number as long as you need or want
• If your plan expires, the number may be released back into the general pool, so be sure to keep your account active
