To place an outbound call using your computer, following these instructions:
- Log in to your account
- Select Dialer
- Select the Settings gear icon on the bottom left or the WiFi or arrow icon on the top right
- Select your preferred method to place an outbound call
- Save your settings
- Input the number you'd like to call
- Make sure you have headphones and/or a microphone on your computer.
- Select Call to connect to your party
Can I call TO an international number?
Yes! You can call International numbers. Additional per-minute rates will apply. Learn more about our international rates here:
What are your rates to forward calls to my international number?
Do I need to dial 011 when placing an international call?
No, you do not. In the NumberBarn dial, simply enter "+" or "0", followed by the international number, and the call should connect. As an added bonus, our system will alert you to the cost per minute for that phone call.
Note: When placing outbound international calls using the NumberBarn or NumberGarage Mobile Applications, simply dial the number you wish to call, no need for "+" to be dialed first when using the Mobile Applications.
Does the VoIP Method work using the NumberBarn app?
Yes! We now have an updated version of the NumberBarn app that allows you to place outbound calls using the VoIP method. Be sure to search "NumberBarn, LLC" in your app store and find the new version of the NumberBarn app available. You may find the older version of our app "NumberBarn Classic". If you are new to NumberBarn or find that the NumberBarn app you have been using cannot place outbound calls using the VoIP method, you can use the following link to access the new version of the NumberBarn app: https://www.numberbarn.com/mobile-app
