Keep in mind: NumberBarn and NumberGarage texts won't show up in your native messaging app on your phone. Instead, you can send and receive texts from our mobile apps and from the Messages tab on the NumberBarn website and the NumberGarage website.
If you've gone through this process and SMS still isn't working, you can try deactivating and then reactivating SMS. It's a bit like restarting your computer and can sometimes refresh the connection. If problems persist, please reach out to our customer support with the following information:
- Your phone number
- Any error messages
Are your texts going through on the website but not the mobile app? This is an easy one! Please log out and log back into the app to reset it. If that doesn't work, please log out, delete the app from your phone, download the app again, and log back in.
