Call Logs give you a complete view of your inbound and outbound call activity on your NumberBarn or NumberGarage account. You can use them to see how many calls were made to your number(s) as well as what numbers those calls came from. In this article, we'll guide you through the call log as you try to get a complete picture of your account usage.
Viewing your Call Logs
To view your call logs, the process is fairly simple.
- Log in to your account
- Select Call Logs
- You should now see a complete listing of your call logs with the Date Range defaulted to the current month.
- Each individual call will show as a line on the page
- Outgoing calls show with a blue arrow
- All other calls are incoming. They don't have a special arrow.
- Click the icon to call this number back using the NumberBarn dialer
- Click the icon to block the caller in the future
Understanding Call Logs Mobile App Icons

Total Minutes Used
Scroll to the bottom of the page of the call logs to see the total number of calls and total minutes used.
Filter Call Logs
Next, you will notice a wide array for filtering options for your call log:
- In the Date Range filter you can opt to filter by month or custom.
- Select by month to view your call logs by calendar month and year
- Select custom to enter in a specific date range. This is useful in cases where you are billed for minutes and would like to see a summary of usage during a specific billing period.
- Select a number from All Numbers to filter by a specific telephone number.
- Select the type of call from All Types. Options include: inbound, outbound, blocked, faxes, or voicemail.
- Select the amount of call logs to display on the page from the box that says Show 10. By default, we'll display 10. You can select to show up to 50 or up to 100 from the menu.
Download Call Logs
- Log in to your account
- Select Call Logs
- Select the Download Call Logs icon or button at the bottom.
This will download your call logs to a .csv file that can be imported into your favorite spreadsheet application including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and others. Call logs are downloaded based on the filters you selected earlier.
