- Log in to your account
- Select Numbers
- Select on your number
The minutes used in that billing cycle will display.
View Full Call Logs
- Log in to your account
- Select Call Logs
About Full Call Logs
- Each individual call will show as a line on the page
- Current activity is the default view
- Outgoing calls show with a blue arrow
- All other calls are incoming
Total Minutes Used
Scroll to the bottom of the page of the call logs to see the total minutes used.
Filter Call Logs
- Select the billing cycle to view your minute usage.
- Select the number and billing cycle to view minute usage for that number during that time frame.
- Select the type of call- either inbound, outbound, blocked, faxes and voicemail.
- Select the amount of call logs to display on the page. By default, we'll display 10. You can select to show up to 50 or up to 100 from the menu.
Download Call Logs
- Log in to your account
- Select Call Logs
- Select Download Call Logs
This will download your call logs to a .csv file that can be imported into your favorite spreadsheet application including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and others.
