Forward calls to voicemail

There are two ways to disable call forwarding and have calls to your number immediately route to voicemail when using the Forward or Unlimited plan.

Adjust your voicemail ring time

Login to your account

• Select Numbers
• Select on your number
• Select the Voicemail/Messages tab

Locate the setting for Ring my phone, then send calls to VM after. To the right of that label, select this option from the dropdown:

Immediately - This will send callers immediately to voicemail.

Save your changes.

Adjust your calls setting

From within the Numbers section of your account

• Go to the Calls tab
• Select Voicemail in the dropdown
• This will immediately send calls to voicemail.
