The address* on file in your account is held account-wide for all numbers.
To update your service address:
- Log in to your account
- Select Account from the navigation bar
- Select Profile from drop-down menu
- Select Edit next to Account Information
- Make any changes needed
- Save your changes
If you'd like a different address on file for a number(s), a separate account will be needed. To create a separate account and move phone numbers, contact our customer support.
NOTE: The address you enter here may be used for porting your numbers away. To confirm if this is the address to use when porting your number away, please visit Porting Away Information.
