Plans are held per number. There are no fees to change your plan however you may find pro-rated fees or credits when upgrading or downgrading. You can update your plan at any time.
To change a plan for a number:
- Login to your account
- Select Numbers
- Select on the number
- Select Options
- Select Change Plan
- Select your plan
- Save your changes

Will changing my NumberBarn plan interrupt the port out process to another carrier?
Note that if you're porting your number to another carrier, updating your NumberBarn plan will NOT impact porting in any way. For example, if you are waiting for your number to port, you can use the Forward plan to forward calls to another telephone number to ensure that you don't miss any calls. Just be sure to keep that number active until porting completes.
