In this article:
Saved Contacts make for easy access to common numbers when placing outgoing calls as well as sending and receiving SMS.
In order to save a contact, that person must first send you an SMS or place a call to your NumberBarn number.
Name a Contact via Messages
- Login to your NumberBarn account
- Select Messages from the navigation bar
- Select the conversation you'd like to save
- Click this menu icon
- Select Add Contact
- Enter the name of the contact
- Click Save to save your changes
- Note that if the contact already exists in your Saved Contacts, you can instead select Edit Contact to change the name of the contact.
Name a Contact via the Outbound Dialer
- Login to your NumberBarn account
- Select Dialer from the navigation bar
- Select the + next to the contact you'd like to save
- Edit the Contact Name
- Save your changes
NOTE: Contact names will not display for INCOMING calls via the call logs.
How to DELETE a Contact
- Login to your NumberBarn account
- Select Dialer from the navigation bar
- Click on the Contact icon
- Click on Saved Contacts
- Click the "X" next to the Contact you wish to delete
