There are two types of users available for your NumberGarage account: Admin Users and Team Users
Admin Users
Admin users have full control of all areas in your NumberGarage account. They can:
- Add/delete phone numbers
- Add/edit/delete users
- Update phone number settings
- Update billing and payment information
- View messages and call logs for ALL account phone numbers
By default, the account owner/creator is the first admin user.
Team Users
Team users on your account have limited access to your account settings. They will have their own login credentials and personal settings.
Team Users can:
- Edit their own call forwarding settings
- Edit their own voicemail settings
- View messages and call logs for numbers assigned to them
Team Users can NOT:
- Add/delete phone numbers
- Add/edit/delete other users
- Update phone number settings
- Update billing and payment information
- See messages and call logs of numbers not assigned to them
Each user added to your account will be an additional monthly fee. You can find all pricing information on our site here: https://www.numbergarage.com/pricing
Can I create a user that only has access to billing?
Currently, if you want someone to be able to manage NumberGarage billing, they will need to be an admin user. If you need additional functionality, consider posting about it in our customer community.
