With NumberGarage you are able to create user accounts and give your team members access to receive calls, place calls and manage voicemail and text. Users have their own individual login credentials and see only what you allow them. Team users can only be managed by Administrative users.
Adding a User
- Login to your NumberGarage account
- Select the Account icon from the navigation bar.
- Select Users from the dropdown menu
- Click the Add New User button near the top right
- Note that each of your NumberGarage users must have a unique email address. If you are actually trying to upgrade or downgrade one of your existing users, please review the following article:
Updating a User's Settings
- Login to your NumberGarage account
- Select the Account icon from the navigation bar.
- Select Users from the dropdown menu
- Select the user you would like to edit
User settings are where you activate your call forwarding, user voicemail and message notifications.
Assigning a User to a Phone Number
- Login to your NumberGarage account
- Select the Account icon from the navigation bar.
- Select Users from the dropdown menu
- Select the user you would like to edit
- In the user settings shown, select the checkbox next to the phone number you wish to assign to this user
- Click Save
This user will now have access to the Messages and Call Logs section of your account and shows only the messages and calls to their assigned phone number(s).
Deleting a User
- Login to your NumberGarage account
- Select the Account icon from the navigation bar.
- Select Users from the dropdown menu
- Select the user you would like to edit
- Click the Delete User button and confirm that you want to delete them
