Schedules allow you to set your weekly business hours so calls are automatically routed to one location during business hours and a separate location after business hours.
After creating your weekly business hours schedule, you will be able to set up separate call handling functions for calls that are received during those available hours and for calls that are received outside of those hours.
Available hours and off-hours calls can be configured to forward calls to a user, group, menu, message or voicemail.
