Playing an audio message for callers

In this article:

• Login to your account
• Select Numbers
• Click on the number you wish to edit
• Click the dropdown next to Send all calls to a
• Select the Message option
• Click the Add button. (If you have previously added a message, it will be available here to select)
• Upload or record over the phone your message.
• Click Save Message
• Select an option for what to do after the message plays: Hang up or Repeat Message
• Click Save Changes

All calls will now be played your audio message.

Playing a message for a caller can also be a part of a menu keypress or added as a function of a schedule.
