Add/update a user's voicemail greeting

In this article:

Admin User

• Login to your NumberGarage account
• Select the Account icon from the navigation bar.
• Select Users from the dropdown menu
• Select the user you would like to edit
• In the user settings shown, locate the audio player labeled My Voicemail Message
• Click the Change button
  
• When done, make sure to click the Save button

User

• Login to your NumberGarage account
• Click Edit button near My Call Settings
• Locate the audio player labeled My Voicemail Message
• Click the Change button
  
• When done, make sure to click the Save button

Options available:

• Upload an mp3 or wav file. (Note: You may find that mp3 works just a bit better)
• Record an outgoing message over your phone
