Forward calls directly to voicemail

For a Phone Number

To have calls to your phone number immediately route to voicemail, follow these instructions:

• Login to your account
• Select Numbers
• Click on the number you wish to edit
• Click the dropdown next to Send all calls to a
• Select the Voicemail option
• Click Save Changes

All calls to your number will now route directly to your voicemail. This overrides any user settings you have configured for the number.

For a User

• Login to your account
• Select the Account icon from the navigation bar.
• Select Users from the dropdown menu
• Click on the user you wish to edit
• Click the dropdown next to Send all calls to a
• Select the Voicemail option
• Click Save
  

All calls forwarded to this user will now route directly to their voicemail.
