Your account call logs will show all inbound and outbound calls in your NumberGarage account. Call logs can not be deleted or edited as they are a record of your usage. They will be stored in your account for one year.
To view your call logs:
- Login to your account
- Select Call Logs from the top navigation
About Call Logs
- Each individual call will show as a line on the page
- Current activity is the default view
- Outgoing calls show with a blue arrow
- All other calls are incoming
Filtering Call Logs
- Select the billing cycle to view your minute usage.
- Select the number and billing cycle to view minute usage for that number during that time frame.
- Select the type of call - either inbound, outbound, blocked, faxed and voicemail.
- Select the number of call logs to display on the page. By default, we'll display 10. You can select to show up to 50 or up to 100 from the menu.
Download Call Logs
- Login to your account
- Select Call Logs
- Select Download Call Logs
This will download your call logs to a .csv file that can be imported into your favorite spreadsheet application.
