We require all active accounts to have a credit card on file. To remove a credit card from your account you will need to replace it with another credit card. Here are the steps to do this:
- Login to your account
- Go to Account
- Go to Payment Method
- Enter your new credit card details.

If you still wish to delete a credit card from your account and no longer have active telephone numbers, contact the customer support team. They will delete both your account and credit card for you.
It should be noted that if you have no active numbers on your account, we will not bill you for any services whatsoever and you are welcome to use it in the future should you need to purchase or port in additional numbers.
