Can I cancel a licensed number?

Yes. As the licensee, you can cancel the licensed number agreement at any time in your account.

The licensor or owner of the number can NOT terminate the license agreement.

There are other reasons a license agreement could be terminated, like failing to pay the monthly license fee. Be sure to read through our terms of service for licensing.
