During the porting away process, we occasionally run into issues where numbers work partially both with the gaining carrier and with NumberBarn or NumberGarage. This typically occurs with an approved port that hasn't completed with an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) or wireless carrier.
In these cases, the number hasn't fully completed porting. We recommend reaching out to the gaining carrier to find out the exact date, assuming it's been approved, where they expect to complete the port.
