You placed an order for a telephone number and realize, for whatever reason, that it's not the number for you and you wish to cancel it. It happens and we've got a solution for you.
To cancel your new number order, follow these instructions:
Login to your account
Select Numbers from the navigation bar
Select your number
Select Cancel this request
That will delete the number order and your credit card will not be charged since we do not bill for numbers until the order is complete. We will then return the number to our pool of available phone numbers.
If you happen to encounter a red banner that states "This order can not be canceled", simply Contact Customer Support for further assistance. It's possible that there's some cost associated with the cancelation of this number and our team can look into this for you.
