How do I remove my number for sale and/or license?

Whoopsies. Did you decide you actually love your number and want to keep it for yourself as opposed to offering it for sale or license? Don't worry! You can un-list your number at any time, provided that there's not currently an active sale or license on the number. Let's look at how to delist your number from our marketplace.

Removing My Numbers

You can remove your number(s) from our live search results at any time from within your Vendor Dashboard. There are two ways to accomplish this:

Method #1

• Login to your account
• Click Sell to access your Vendor Dashboard
• Go to the Numbers tab to view all the active numbers available for listing.
• In the pricing fields to the right of your number, clear out the existing license and/or sales price.
• Click the "Save" button to the right of the price.

Method #2

• Login to your account
• Click Sell to access your Vendor Dashboard
• Go to the Numbers tab to view all the active numbers available for listing.
• Click the checkbox to the left of the number you wish to remove.
• Click the Un-list Selected button near the top.

Your number is now set to be removed from our search inventory. Keep in mind that any changes will take about five minutes to be updated in the live search results.

You may also want to consider making your number negotiable! Click on the Help tab in your Vendor Dashboard to find more details on “Accepting Offers”. 

Also keep in mind that if a number is actively licensed, you as the licensor cannot cancel the license agreement. Only the licensee can end the license agreement. Read more in the following article:
