There are a number of reasons you might want to move a number into another account and remove it from yours including:
- You want to give the number to a new owner
- You sold or passed down your business
- You want separate accounts for personal and business usage
To move a number, or series of numbers to another account, simply contact customer support and let us know the email address for the new account and the numbers you would like moved and we will move the numbers for you.
If you need to create a separate account to move the numbers to, we can help with that too. We will just need to know the name, mailing address, and email address for the new account.
There is a $3 fee per number to transfer between accounts and the billing for the numbers will begin at the time of the move.
