Some customers are unable to access the Numbers section when they log in to their account. If you are experiencing this issue, try logging completely out of your account and then logging in again. That should resolve the issue. You may also want to try clearing your cache or using a different browser.

We will definitely want to know the following details in order to better troubleshoot this:
- What web browser are you using and the version of the browser?
- Has this happened in multiple browsers? If so, which ones?
- Did you try restarting and/or clearing your cache to fix the issue?
- Did you receive any error messages?
