Let's say you've carefully selected the perfect new number and decided to move forward with purchasing and your card was charged. Your new number is now active in your account... HURRAY!!! But, for whatever reason, you've had a change of heart and would now like to request a refund. What now??
We all make mistakes, and that's okay! There are, however, some things to consider when it comes to whether or not the reimbursement is possible once your new number is active in your account.
First, take a look at NumberBarn's Terms of Service Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of NumberBarn's Services, returns, refunds or replacements are not always possible. NumberBarn is a marketplace/search engine that aggregates phone numbers from various vendors and suppliers. The subscriber's selected phone number is secured on behalf of the Subscriber directly from NumberBarn's vendors who retain their own return policies. Within 48 hours, the purchase price can be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee. Phone numbers priced at $100 or more are not eligible for a refund once the order has been placed.
It's important to note that in some cases, if a number order is placed but not yet activated in your account, NumberBarn may have already paid for the number making returns/refunds not possible.
