How do I update my vendor listings in bulk?

Need to update your pricing and/or delist numbers in bulk as opposed to updating manually one by one? We have a simple way to do so.

Updating Prices in bulk

• Log in to your account
• Click Sell
• Go to the Bulk List/Delist tab within your Vendor Dashboard to upload a CSV file with updated pricing and listings
• Use the file selector to upload a .csv file
• Files uploaded should be formatted with the following columns:
  Telephone Number, Price($), NRC($), MRC($), License Increase(%)
  • [[NRC= Non-recurring charge/sale price, MRC= Monthly-recurring charge/monthly license fee]]

• Please note: Do not include any extra rows in your .csv file. Errors in formatting will prevent the entire file from being successfully uploaded.

 

To delist a telephone number update the following cells:

• set Price = 0
• set NRC = 0
• set MRC = 0

Here's an example of how the CSV file would look: 

The minimum sale/license price for all numbers is $9.95.

Note that Toll-free numbers can only be licensed. This means that you should set the price field (NRC) to 0. NRC is the non-recurring cost which is essentially the one-time setup fee for a license. MRC is the monthly-recurring cost which is the monthly license fee for the number.

Any saved changes will take five minutes to be updated in the live search results.

NOTE: Make sure your pricing is correct before listing or updating your number. Sales that are pending and older than two hours cannot be canceled for any reason.
