If you are unable to see the timestamp for your voicemails, calls, and text messages in the mobile app it likely means that you are using larger fonts. Decreasing the font size will make these reappear.
We realize that large fonts for many people are critical for their mobile browsing experience. For now, you can sign in to your NumberBarn or NumberGarage account in a web browser to see a log of calls and text messages with the timestamp. We will work toward a better solution in the future.
How to decrease the font size on iPhone
To decrease the font size on iPhone go to Settings then Accessibility and click on Display & Text Size.
How to decrease the font size on Android
We haven't been able to recreate this issue on an Android device but will update as we learn more.
