  Thank you, Holly! I can see the new button but after PayPal login I immediately get a blank page and the payout doesn't complete from there.

  ken Thank you for your patience as we took a closer look into this. The issue has now been completely identified and resolved. To request payout, navigate to the Sell tab on the top of the dashboard, then click Earnings -->Create Payout-->Pay to Paypal. From here you can "select all payout" or click individual transactions to be paid and then select Send Payout Request.
