Spectrum Zip Code Mismatch
I followed the port out instructions from Numberbarn and I received the error with Spectrum saying “Please enter a valid zip code” but I do not have another zip code. Spectrum support even tried inputting the Numberbarn zip code and also another attempt with all zeros but the same error pops up for them so I cannot even submit the port out request. They told me that from their end, they filled out all the necessary fields like account number, transfer pin, and the authorization name. It is just the zip code that rejects the port out request.
I have sent an email to Numberbarn last week and have yet to hear back. Some guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hey Derick,
Thank you for your post. I see that one of my colleagues is working with you on your port out. In general, your number is with what we call an "offnet" carrier so your information to port to Spectrum ended up being a bit different. Let us know if problems persist with your port.
