T-Mobile Port Out

Have been trying for a week to port out to T-mobile via the guide here. First attempt was rejected, subsequent attempts have been unsuccessful after a NB fix. T-mobile says the they’ve made multiple attempts, but none have been worked. Getting bounced back and forth with no resolution. My number now says unavailable on the T-mobile website.
