Didn’t see your numbers after logging in? Don’t worry!
If you log into your account and don’t see any phone numbers, don’t panic. 😊
Your numbers are safe and still connected to your account.
Why this happens
Some customers originally had their numbers in NumberBarn, then moved them into NumberGarage using the same email address. With the recent update to the NumberBarn Business line, those numbers are now in that account; they just might not show right away when you first log in.
How to find your numbers
- Log into your account
- Click Account in the top menu bar
- Select Switch Account from the dropdown
- Choose the account listed (it will be named after the business name on your Profile page)
- Your numbers and settings will appear 🎉
