Not receiving any reply

Hi there, Can someone help me with this issue? I created two requests on Nov 1st, one was from Lucky Mobile and one was from Koodo. I received two emails from NumberBarn this morning. I want to cancel the request from lucky mobile and accept the request from Koodo. I contacted NumberBarn but no one replied .
