Port in canceled by accident and port out of visible to here already complete

I accidentally canceled the port in Request after the port in from visible was in progress. I can’t submit a new request as my account with visible is now deactivated since the number had already transferred out like 5 min after I started it. I need help recovering the port in request so that I can actually get the port in completed and I don’t lose the number in the void
