Which version of the mobile application are you using?
Enter the make and model of the mobile device you're using (i.e. iPhone 13 Pro Max)
Click the three lines in the upper left corner of the app and look for your app version number (i.e. iOS v2.0.3.244). This will help us better troubleshoot issues that arise. This is not available in the Classic app.
