Copy of Bill (COB)

If submitting an LOAyou'll also need to submit a copy of bill dated within the last 30 business days from your current service provider. Should you not have a copy of bill available, a screenshot of your online account showing your name, number and account information will be acceptable.

Please Note: These authorization options do not replace the need to provide NumberBarn with the current account details for your phone number. We will still be required to submit your contact details and account information from your current carrier.
