Cancel my port request

How to cancel an active port request:

  • Login to your account
  • Select Numbers
  • Select your number
  • Select Options
  • Select Cancel Port
How to cancel a port that has not yet been authorized or has been rejected:
  • Login to your account
  • Select Numbers
  • Select your number
  • Select Cancel Port


You are only charged if your port request successfully completes. If you are cancelling a request, there is no refund due as you have not been charged.

Please Note: The 72 hours mentioned in this video is just a suggested time frame. If your transfer request has already been approved and given a transfer date, it may be too late to cancel. (Each carrier has different policies) If this is the case, please contact us at and let us know.
