How to cancel an active port request:
You are only charged if your port request successfully completes. If you are cancelling a request, there is no refund due as you have not been charged.
Please Note: The 72 hours mentioned in this video is just a suggested time frame. If your transfer request has already been approved and given a transfer date, it may be too late to cancel.
