Update my outgoing message

Your Park plan message is 30 seconds. Here's how to update that recording:

In your account:

  • Select Numbers
  • Select on your number
  • Select My Outgoing Message
  • Select Change

Options available:

  • Upload an mp3, m4a or wav file
  • Record an outgoing message over your phone
If your greeting does not play instantly, refresh your internet browser or log out of your account then log back in.
