Most Common Freedom Mobile Issues

Missing Essential Porting Information		Wireline Number
Some fields may be left off because they are not typically required for wireless-to-wireless ports. Most Common: Reseller Name = NumberBarn ➡️ Contact the Freedom Mobile Porting Team directly and confirm that all fields from Port Away Credentials 📖 AND the list above are submitted with the Port Request.		Make sure Freedom Mobile knows this is a wireline port, so they can choose port settings appropriately. All numbers purchased from NumberBarn are classified as wireline or landline as opposed to wireless ▶️ See Rate Center Overview 📖 for additional details.
Due Date
Ask them to request a due date that is at least 1 business day in the future. The request cannot be completed on the same day as you might expect from a wireless-to-wireless port request.
