NumberBarn does not currently offer a whisper feature or the ability to set custom ringtones based on who's calling. If that's an important feature for you, please leave a comment in this article.
We get that you need to distinguish between calls to your mobile number and calls to your NumberBarn number. It helps to keep the business and personal life separate.
We do have a couple of solutions for you. First of all, be sure to learn about incoming caller ID settings:
If you need more, check out our Groups feature through NumberGarage. With Groups you can forward calls to a group of users (even just one user) and be prompted to press "1" to accept a call.
NumberGarage also offers an optional "Call Whisper" greeting where a user will hear a customizable, text-to-speech recording in their ear to help them identify the caller.
In that way, you can see their caller ID and know that it's a NumberBarn/NumberGarage call. Learn more:
