What is an Outgoing Message used for?

• A 30-second recording that greets your incoming callers

📋 Steps

View Current Greeting

1	Login to your account
2	Select Numbers
3	Click on the phone number you want to edit
4	Click the Calls tab under the phone number.
	(4a) See the assigned greeting next to the Currently title
	(4b) Click the Play icon to preview the currently assigned greeting

Change Greeting

1	Click on the Select Greeting button to see greeting options
2	Choose from the following options:
	My Greetings		➡️ Shows any saved Park type greetings
	Included by NumberBarn		➡️ Shows any included Park type greetings
	Manage		➡️ Will take you to the Manage Greetings⚙️ hub
	Add New		➡️ Will take you to the Add a New Greeting ⚙️ hub
