    💡 What is it

    Call Logs give you a complete view of your inbound and outbound call activity on your NumberBarn account on all active phone numbers. The call logs can be viewed, downloaded, and filtered. Call logs can be viewed via a web browser or mobile application. 

    ⚙️ How it works

    Filter Options

    Date Range Users Phone Numbers Call Type
    • By Month
    • By Custom date range
    • Active Team Users
    • Active Phone Numbers
    • Voicemail
    • Fax
    • Blocked Calls
    • Inbound Calls
    • Outbound Calls

    Displayed Data

    Date/Time User From To
    • Call time stamp
    • Month, date, Year
    • Time
    • Time Zone of time stamp based on device settings
    • User name connected with call log
    • Phone number that placed the call
    • Phone number that received the call
    Opt Mins Icons/Actions Totals
    • Menu Key Press option that was selected on call
    • Minutes used per call, rounded up to nearest minute
    • Return Call 
    • Block/ed Phone Number
    • CRD (Call Detail Record) Details 
    • Total Calls for selected date range
    • Total Minutes for selected date range

    Page Navigation Download Call logs    
    • Choose numbers of logs shown on the page
    • Navigate to next page
    • .csv file
    • Based on filter settings
    		    

    📌 Things to Know

    Log Storage

    • Call logs are stored and are accessible on your NumberBarn account for 1 year. 
    • Any calls older than 1 year will not display on your call logs.

    Log Deletion

    • Because your call logs are tied to your billing, it is not possible for us to remove a call or calls from your logs.
