🔍 Before You Begin 

What you will need: 

1. Access to your NumberBarn account through a web browser or Mobile App
2. The complete phone number you want to block

What is Call Blocking used for?

• Call Blocking prevents unwanted callers from contacting your NumberBarn phone number.
• Blocked calls and text messages are automatically prevented from reaching your account. The caller will hear a busy signal when attempting to call the NumberBarn number.
• The call will show on the NumberBarn call logs as Blocked under Outcome.

📋 Steps 

Add a Phone Number to the Blocked List

1	Login to your account
2	Click on the Blocking tab from the main menu.
3	Enter the phone number you want to block.
4	Click on the Add to Block List button.		➡️ The phone number will be added to your blocked list immediately.

Block a Phone Number from the Call Logs

1	Login to your account
2	Click on the Call Logs tab from the main menu.
3	Locate the call on the Call Logs list
4	Click on the Circle icon button to block future calls from that phone number.
5	To remove a phone number from the blocked list, click the circle w/ an arrow icon.

Block a Phone Number in the Mobile App

1	Open the Mobile app and log in to your account
2	Open the Calls tab.
3	Click on the call log of the phone number to block.
4	Click the Block button
5	A Red Circle icon will be next to a call on your blocked list		➡️ The phone number will be added to your blocked list immediately.
