Block spam calls & texts

Need to block calls from a spam caller? Read on to learn how to block incoming calls and texts from specific phone numbers to your NumberBarn account. 

To add a number to the blocked list:

From laptop or desktop: 

1. Log in to your account 
2. Select Blocking 
3. Enter the number you wish to block in the provided field
4. Select Add to Block List

From NumberBarn mobile app: 

1. Tap the Menu  icon to access a variety of settings
2. Tap # Numbers to access your Numbers to manage your telephone numbers and settings
3. Tap the call blocking icon to access your call blocking settings
4. Enter the number you wish to block in the provided field
5. Select Add to Block List

To remove a number from the blocked list:

Select the gray circle "X" icon to the right of the number you wish to remove from the list.

Anonymous Call Blocking

Turning on Block anonymous calls will block all calls with no caller ID, marked private, or those with caller ID blocked. Calls from numbers that don't appear to be real phone numbers will also be blocked with anonymous call blocking.

 

International Call Blocking

Turning on Block international calls will block all calls that are non-US or Canadian phone numbers.

Note: Only full telephone numbers with area codes can be blocked. Partial phone numbers cannot be blocked.

Calls from numbers that have been blocked do not count toward your minutes.
