Voicemail messages are stored on our server for 375 days. They are deleted from our server after that time.
Note that our policy on voicemail retention was increased from 90 days to 375 in July 2022. This means that any voicemail messages received prior to April 2022 were deleted after 90 days. Any voicemail messages received after that date are subject to the new 375-day retention policy.
If you would like to delete messages sooner, you can do so through the NumberBarn mobile application and this deletion will sync with your call log. Click here to learn more about the mobile app.
We encourage you to use voicemail to email notifications and download/save the audio file to your computer if you wish to keep the file longer.
Note that, while your messages are stored securely in your account, this is not currently compliant with HIPAA regulations.
