To update or change your email address:
- Log in to your account
- Select Account
- Locate Login Information on the top left
- Select Edit
- Enter in your new email address in the field
- Enter your new email address again in the second field to verify
- Select the Enter key on your keyboard or select the Save Changes button
If the Email Address on File is No Longer Active
If the email address on file in your account is no longer active and you are unable to login, please reach out to NumberBarn Support or NumberGarage Support with the following:
- Your name
- Current email address on file in your account
- Current service address on file in your account (to verify your account)
- The last 4 digits of the credit card on file (to verify your account)
- Email address you would like to have on file in your account
Our support team will then verify the information and update the email address on your account.
We will then send a password reset email to your new email address. This will allow you to update your password to something new and log in to your account.
